I-Man - Does DRYS have the potential, as a company, to do well over the next few years? Short answer is yes. Does DRYS stock have a chance of moving up in the short-term? NO. Until GE takes his foot off the sell shares accelerator, there is no way the pps will be able to move up.

Consider the announcement about the Kamsarmax was in the morning. The pps moved up in the afternoon. My guess is there was a significant amount of manipulation that took place in order to move the pps higher so more shares could be sold. The pps is already down 10% this morning. Assuming GE is following the same script he has for a while now, my guess is by Friday the OS will have doubled again and the pps will be in the $1.40 - $1.50 range.
