Your link is in Chinese from some unknown obscure website so who knows what it says. And whatever it does say, never believe everything you read from unknown obscure web links. I have been unable to find anything regarding these "vehicles" from reliable sources...none. Haven't seen any video's of these vehicles either. DOLV has every appearance of a share selling scam.
