I do know that you are not moderate by your very posts and by your questions. You appear ashamed to tell us what you are why is that? I don't think anyone else here feels that way.
Now Dave I never said you voted along party lines - only a true fool would vote that way. I have said and I believe you have confirmed you voted for the idiot in the White House twice. So much for being a deep thinker, eh?
I can debate with anyone without attacking them personally (although I do think I have some nice lines) if they would seriously debate an issue. Maybe you can drag one of the conservatives over here to debate the Iraq war. Or maybe you can seriously debate the Iraq war.
So I will ask you some questions and will give you my answers as well:
1 - Did you support the original invasion of Iraq? I didn't!
2 - Do you support maintaining our troops there without an exit strategy? I don't
3 - DO you support setting a timeline to leave Iraq with troop garrisoned in a few locations to quickly support the Iraqi's if needed? I do
4 - What would be a good timeline? My timeline is to reduce troops by 10,000 per month and possibly accelerating if there is a wider civil war breaking out.
Our current feckless leader has done squat to help on the political side in Iraq. Currently Turkey and the Kurdish forces up north have engaged in some scuffles. What are we doing to quell that as Turkey will cause all types of problems (they have their eye on the oil just as we do up North). What has our feckless leader done to allay the fears about the existing constitution? I have seen nothing.
The resident idiot in the WH has botched our foreign policy so bad that your little child will be paying for those mistakes for quite awhile. But let’s just talk about Iraq.
We can then expand to his disastrous policies for our economy, environment, taxes, education, immigration, etc
Maybe you can tell us what has improved in the past 6 years?
