A useless, unbelievably large, flood of noise to the LT Investors trying to use the same board.

Agree...I generally refrain from posting TA unless there are some extreme gyrations happening in the market. I probably spend less than 5% of my time looking at TA and would guess less than 1% of my posts are TA related.

Hopefully you will forgive me for this current indulgence...I won't make any more predictions for a while.

that said, my biggest beef with TA is that, by definition, it is a much higher frequency event.

My problem with it, to the extent that chart "reading" is some form of TA, is that decisions at the same point in time are going to look rather different depending on whether one looks at minute, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly charts.
