I'm a believer that a lot of traders trust & believe in TA and that their behavior and $$$ are enough to influence the behavior of stock prices and volume.
Like money, TA has no real value or power except in the collective imagination of believers. In other words...if everybody stopped trusting & believing in TA it would cease to work.
