Yes they would. They will rent the studio to anyone who can pay them. They dont care about the outcome just the payment received.

Hollywood Riviera Studios wouldn't just let him film his show there if there weren't already pretty firm deals done. I'm telling you something's already been set up. No way in hell is the studio going to risk eating that much money on something that doesn't have massive potential for returns.
