Geez,

Dozens of Posters -- HERE ON THIS BOARD --
are saying this, in blue below :


NOW THAT THE SUBSIDIARY IS FORMED,
NSAV IS NOW DEBT-FREE ! ! !


I am not saying it, everyone here is saying it.


I am ONLY SAYING THIS, if creating the NSAV
SUBSIDIARY makes NSAV to be DEBT-FREE,
then that is a fraudulent act, plain and simple.


I am responding to the contention -- here-- on
this board, that creating the NSAV subsidiary
somehow makes NSAV to be debt-free, now.


I do not have to prove one single thing.
