Wrong. They never stop diluting and CEO has diluted more then any other. They have never not maxed out a/s. They have done two 1 for 1000 r/s. They have lied in PR's about being MJ business and never even grew sales at all since they said they were. Stay to long with this scam join the many who got killed by their dilution. It's real simple trade this fast when it has rare spike. Same as any OTC. Why dilution never ends? The preferred shareholders own 6/7ths no matter how many common issued. They do not get diluted. You might think retail but they give discounted shares to insiders. They then dump shares and keep the cash. On presplit basis they have issued trillions. Yet every balance sheet ever filed shows little cash. They are not using money to do anything but make them money. Not using it to built a company that is very clear. They hit 200K in sales years ago like 6 now long before MJ scam and never went up since.
