We do not know the guts of Verizon's agreements.


WE DO KNOW THIS, if disappearing debt was as
easy as creating a subsidiary, and transferring debt
to the subsidiary -- then no DEBT CONTRACT would
have any value or meaning whatsoever.


If this is what NSAV has done, it is a scam and will
not survive legal challenge.


Expect the debt-holders to sue, hard and fast.
