Photo showing DIRT FLOOR inside the AMS building is in the Intro Box on this page. The claim is that it was taken on May 4, 2017. That's the proof.

Also, Google Earth shows the framework of this building going up in a satellite image dated September 2014 ...nearly THREE YEARS AGO. Since then they've managed to add a metal roof and walls...nothing else. So they're obviously stuck because of lack of funds. That's why they're resorting to financing thru a sub penny stock as apparently no bank will back them.
