Share issuance being doled out left and right.

At a time when there was basically NO business activity outside of 3 online web storefronts selling less than $350,000/quarter. Nor any structual ramp for some type of National launch.

Hmmmmm....then why all the stock issuance?

So the big deal here is that the CEO told a shareholder to 'leak' the fact that an SA article was going to be published?

That's it? I have never seen inside information appears first and only in an SA article. Also the poster was asked not to post specific portions of the article, but just that an article was coming.

There is nothing illegal about that. SA articles are combinations of public information, such as statistics and financial information, blended with the opinion of the writer. Nothing more.

There is nothing 'insider' about this.
