That is a fact and the fact also stands that there are non disclosure agreements made to not make it public till whatever agreed upon terms were made. One can always seek out all the undisclosed pipelines and place your bets ...

John Stafford certainly did and he has ties to Xencor which has 3 (atleast) undisclosed pipelines ...

1) Alexion
2) Jannsen
3) Merck
