But runs counter to the aggressive retirement of OS, unless they are turning around and immediately offering out w no restriction.
There was s bump in new class shares , but these seem to be tied to new mgt., and as new would likely be restricted.
Another consideration - is at this point selling 1mm at .0015 would be peanuts ...
Lastly - the biz plans in q and yr end showing a path to 12 mm over a couple of years could be a game changer if they hit some markers.
I have confidence in the current team... but you are right.. keeping an eye is key.
