You should check security laws. A CEO asking investors to leak a "positive" non public article to investors for the purpose of pumping the stock is illegal. Don't worry though, I am following through with my comments before I still predict this CEO will be removed and possibly charged.
At the very least I think Bozo Berman will not be able to be an officer or Director of a public company.

Of course by that time the company might be out of business anyway the way it is burning cash. It could go the way of the Do Do Bird, just like everything else Berman touches. But of course it is never his fault.
