The wildfire deal is a disaster. Their sales are horrible. They can't pay $600 k to Cgra with the sales they have now. But, Hughes projections do not surprise me. I have seen $420,000,000 annual oil projection, but they only average a little over 2 bibls per day. I have seen 2 million projected rent from wildfire. Lol. We all knew that was fluff. Perhaps a reason there is no interest here is the over the top projection that scream red flag. Yep, that is it
