I'll state both my statements again...

I'm going to take this as there is no proof that can be posted that can show that FINRA denied the split as of now.

And "potential problems" are not actual real current problems... They may, or may not become a problem "down the line"... And my other statement...

Some things are not immediate concerns. "What if" scenarios are usually down the line things that may or may not come about... So most of the time they are not necessary to address at the current time.
