FINRA doesn't publish its decisions about corporate actions. It merely informs the company. Some companies explain denials to their shareholders, but most don't.
I disagree that it's a "blessing in disguise". What if BLDV wants to do a name and ticker change? Or a certain kind of merger? And, of course, what if the o/s gets completely out of hand? It's certainly heading in that direction.
