Unless you have specific proof (..Xerox of check stub, allotment of shares in a 10Q, a Form 4 insider link, a link to his name and position on a pump site, or a note from your mother..) don't make any more snarling accusations like that - unless you want your posts crap-canned. This isn't RB.
If Giti represented the company, under the stock current laws, I would expect him to have a disclaimer like WillyWizard uses.
