No, the company has not been around since 1993. I believe it's been around since 2012. They officially acquired their 40+ patents from the late Dr. Bihari in late 2013 I believe.

They also said this in Monday's publishing...

"Company expected to strengthen management team to spearhead commercialization throughout Africa"

In my opinion, Noreen is getting replaced within 1 year. And they'll hire a COO and maybe other people. I guess we'll see after it gets off the ground soon. Again, just my opinion.
