Seems as if $BLDV is following the same blue print as OWC* in building this company. I was looking at their IHUB page last night and saw they also have a R&D branch. I like the way in which Alper is approaching the construction of this company. It's like a puzzle he's constructing piece by piece until the puzzle is completed.
I am hoping he gives us a summary in a week or 2 of May's business happenings to inform us of what have transpired during this busy month.
Keep us up to date on the progress of the formulation of $BLDV.
Keep in mind, Eltron Research & Development (R&D) is going to become the new BLDV Corporate Head Quarters (HQ) as of this coming July 2017. One could only guess that they are moving there for a reason... actually a few of them.
Also, usually patents hold value. Often, tremendous value. Although they have produced 77 patents, below is a list of 45 patents issued and 3 patents published belonging to Eltron that we will learn how they will benefit BLDV and their Canada and Israel agreements:

Below is going to be the new BLDV Corporate Head Quarters (HQ) this coming July 2017 located at the Eltron Research & Development facility indicated below:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BLDV/news/Blue-Diamond-Ventures-Inc--announces-Strategic-Partnership?id=160232&b=y "Eltron R&D provides the laboratory space, the chemists and the material scientists that complete the needs of our partners in Israel," says Josh Alper. "I will be back in Israel next week to finalize our first technology sharing agreements." BLDV will be moving their corporate headquarters into the Eltron space in Boulder in July 2017, joining Cannabis-Clean as part of the agreement.
http://www.eltronresearch.com/company.html Eltron Research & Development was founded in 1982 and is a leading R&D organization with over 3 decades of experience providing technology solutions to industry. Our excellent track record of creating commercial-ready technologies has produced 3 spin-off companies and 77 patents, of which 29 have been licensed to industry.
Eltron’s staff consists of approximately 50 scientists and engineers (Ph.D, MS and BS level) who work in our state-of-the-art research facility in Boulder, Colorado. ...
...Eltron’s clients come from both private and public sectors. Eltron has completed more than 200 projects over 3 decades for many government agencies including the DOE, DOD, NASA, EPA, NIH and NSF.
Eltron R&D Facility: BLDV's new Corporate HQ also as of July 2017
I could be wrong but I am starting to think these information items could lend credibility to the possibility of an R/M of Eltron Research into BLDV in addition to AMS.
I'm getting the same idea. Just like when we got the PR that said BLDV made the CEO of Cannabis Clean a board member of BLDV, and then a week later we get another PR saying Cannabis Clean is now a wholly owned sub of BLDV. Could be something similar.

Eltron is an actual business, it appears. Presumably it's worth something. What would BLDV, which has pretty much NO money, use to pay for it?
