To list on NASDAQ they need to have a listing price of 4.00
To get there they are probably contemplating a Reverse Split

A 615 to 1 split will get them to 4.00.

Then, if you own 1,000,000 @ 0.0065 now, after the split you would own 1,626 shares at 4.00
