People talked about this already: cusip change filed and any minute any day FINRA will manually change ticker symbol so nothing is "missed" after that financials will come out too sending this to $1.00 or more. Some are now saying $6.00. It IS CHINA 1.6 Billion people and their GOV is backing this and Billionaires are involved= $$$$$$$$ what this REALLY is is a opportunity to accumulate buy on dips and hold don't flip this its a long hold to Dollars!

I think it would be a mistake to look at this like a traditional penny stock. Take a few hours, maybe more, and read all of the fantastic DD here. Once that's done I think you'll have no reservations whatsoever.

Here is a simple suggestion.... spend more time reading the posts here about finra than asking a question blaming the company.

Inventing excuses is usually too much effort for these "companies" and CEOs, so they just stay quiet, and let other come up with excuses.

Honest answer to the first post by a new born 4/30 poster. If you have read enough to learn this, you will have enough information to decide whether this investment works for you. Intend to file financials... could have many meanings. Most of us believe that they filed those financials and they have not come out as yet. Possibly it has to do with the anticipated ticker change...that is following the already filed and publicly posted cuspid and name change. I think we will know soon enough...but if it is not soon enough for any investor, simply selling shares would be a reasonable response. For me this would mean a six figure profit right now...but I am choosing to hold mine. All choices in how one handles their financial decisions are personal, of course.

I honestly think they dont care about stock price or "shareholders" right now which is great news for us. They acquired the shell but are not concerned with price. Probably dont even see us as shareholders of their company yet. Keep.in mind this is not an IPO. Im sure they reverse merged in to an otc shell so they wouldnt be bogged down with timelines or filing requirements yet. They arent ready for that. They have so much coming together this is just a small piece of the plan. Acquire shell...check. probably way down the list. Lets let them work. Only ones worried about day to day price is us...we can see whats going on without the PR. When the time is right...they will provide a massive update.

Good question, for me if was based on my conversation with RO. The company doesn't want to be associated with the dolv name and after explaining the time frame process for name change etc the company decided to wait. RO also said why give you A when your just gonna ask where b and c, why not release a, b and c all at once with the new symbol and company name. I also strongly believe the company is scooping up shares at these le levels, they care to much about share count including there lawsuit for 52 million to not be taking advantage of these prices. They would be fools to not grab up some, plus i believe they were waiting on dr. Stein to unload his shares at these levels.

Could be a number of reasons why they didn't make the deadline but all seems to be in he hands of the auditors and finra at this pt ..

To me the answer is simple: they don't care and in fact the shouldn't care. Their business is mainly in China, why they would care about a penny stock? It's not their goal, they already made it clear that NASDAQ is what they want. They don't want to promote the stock right now because their company operates as following:

- customers first;
- employees second;
- investors last.

And this is the way to go for them, and I believe they're right.

When I say investors I mean us; I am not talking about the multi-billionaires that are behind them. They already have all the investment they need. The focus now is production, not PR's. They already did all the PR's that matter to them at this point. In China of course, not here in the US. US is a second plan that is going to be executed down the road.

You're not the only one that has the skepticism, of course. Do you know why? Because 98% of OTC is scam. What we need to understand is DOLV not being the regular type of OTC player. They're in OTC only because they have to, due to US regulations.

As said in other posts, check the awesome DD done here and decide if DOLV is for you. The only advice I can give to you is not to put food neither roof money in the stock (although I don't believe this very much, because if advice was that good it would be sold, not given). Otherwise you're going to be as crazy as many here every time the stock hits the red.

On my end, I am patiently awaiting for things to happen. I am not going to be clicking a million times a day on refresh buttons to see if we have a new ticker, because besides having more important things to do, it's not going to change anything in my plans. Neither I am going to be on this board cheer leading the stock. I know what I want. I already got my position - not greedy, but enough to make a life change if things go as I expect. I just have to have one thing: patience. That's it, because otherwise frustration and anxiety are going to come on the back of a horse, if I think the world should work under my agenda.

There are people who have been here for over a year. And I guarantee that no one knows exactly what we have. I believe that we have something really good, because all the awesome DD that has been done here. People may be excited about news, but no news will come. We already know, what is coming is just a confirmation.
