Agreed benz! MAM needs to step up, take a leadership role, and do their part to keep this unnecessary BS from happening. Start a shareholder email list to send out clarifications to diffuse craziness, etc.

I'm also amazed that they sound to be somewhat unsure who the real new CEO is. That is 100% unacceptable, IMO, yet I do realize that maybe they haven't been given good info on that front by the company itself. I find that equally unacceptable. That is a ballkick to shareholders. A letter of introduction, or at least a CEO profile, is NEEDED. Get a clue.

I totally agree that there has been lack of clarity in the recent PRs. That being said, I haven't seen anything which indicates they actually came directly from Marquee. This is why I think that if the PRs are coming from Marquee, it should be so noted following the PR, with their contact information listed. I'm just not sure where the flow of information is coming from right now. Seems the company is in a sort of transitional period.

Perhaps I'll call back!
