You're right, it is very rare. However, it does happen from time to time. A couple of weeks ago a stock with the same share structure as TALK, was brought back from the dead. It was trading at .00019 back in mid April and now it is over a penny.
A timely PR can do wonders. Here is the PR that brought that stock back to life. I x'ed out the name of the company. Although, I'm sure beer$$money knows exactly what company I am talking about. Congrats beermoney!
