Very very plausibly mindset -

IMVHO 80% chance we get it.
Primarily because Cures Act was conceived and enacted to change the lengthy postponing for procedures to those dying from untreatable diseases.

I've had this concern too. I just hope the FDA might actually not be corrupted, or that big pharma will get their piece of stem cell treatments via buy-outs or buying parents from companies like USRM

That is a very legitimate fear for USRM investors.

The FDA is heavily influenced by big pharma, that is no secret.

To our advantage is that the stem cell industry is being closely watched.

On another note, there is no guarantee that a decision will be made in 60 days. I assume that is a guideline only.

If USRM's data is not reviewed fully there will be a delay.

Basically the FDA will be done when the say the are done and only then will they give the decision.
