So are they trying to file based on data from Kenergy? or do the old filings have to be from hibachi? I am kinda confused how this works? Since Adel took over Kenergy meaning he is responsible for submitting filings from before he was there?
One would think if the info were there, they shouldn't have any trouble finding it. None of the filings by any of the KNSC owners were or are audited. IMO that is very significant as well as a red flag to anyone doing DD as a prospective investor.
