seems to me that some of the subsequent I-O folks were closely monitored... and what a way to get some prelim data with bavi "maintenence" in the I-O trial. how else did they get the data/patients? they knew what they were looking for and did they find it?
getting the low or negative pdl crowd to respond is the prize...
