Exactly, i used to be one of the mods/admins on a forum and game server, and a lot of the times the conflicts were petty, elementary school crud - so it's not easy being a mod/admin and have to deal with stupid crud like that.
Everyone has an opinion, and there will always be someone that will be at odds with that opinion no matter how well/ill intended that opinion may be.
The big thing is here is DO NOT POINT THE FINGERS AT THE MODS/ADMIN.
We are lucky they are so patient with us. When i was a mod/admin we had a rule that if you cross or disrespect us, we would warn, kick, then ban - in that order.
They are doing us a favor, and it's not easy.
