Remember, DB and JPM are trustees in the last two legacy plays and when that is finished mid June, there will be lots of wealthy folks. Just sayin'.

Can you clear something up for me please?

Why did JPM file Claims - Claim No. 66462,
Exhibit C - for the CTS, when it is not the CTS
Trustee and Claims had also been filed by
the true Trustee - Bank of New York Mellon?

JPM denies it filed the Claims on behalf on
the CTS Holders, and denies it is the Trustee
in a letter - on Page 5 - in the following link. JPM
was the previous Trustee for the CTS prior to
the Bank of New York Mellon. Was JPM trying
to collect on Claims it has no legal right to?

" Claim No. 66462 is not a guarantee claim
on behalf of the holders of Lehman Brothers
Holdings Capital Trust Securities. You have
misconstrued the claim. We suggest that you
address your inquiries to your own advisors
or the Trustee for the securities. "
