News flash... Levy won't be held accountable if things don't turn out to be a win-win. Those words of his are forward-looking statements which fall under the protection of Safe Harbor. CEO's say stuff like that all the time, especially down here on the Pinks. His words and a couple of bucks will get you a cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts.
What troubles me more than anything in this whole ordeal is how quiet Levy has been. When was the last time anyone got a response from Investor Relations? Levy's silence speaks volumes.
