As a professional I've been in Many Meetings and Negotiations

...If someone said that to me in a meeting I would call BS on the spot and everyone else in the meeting would likely agree me with me.

..I hope you can understand that I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to be straight out / forward with my point.

I was told the same thing by Gelmon when I called him and to not hear something more sensible retracts my faith in NOHO.
