Been watching this for a week or so now -

No crazy swings in the red since the dip at the end of the day on the 15th, it's held crazy well at the .0058-.006 range..

Today is going to be a good indicator of what's up. IMO it looks pretty solid at the base and ready to test .007 close. The dip the past two days was a real base test...looks like it's onward and upward from here boys!
