You are 100% correct IMO " a tic or two above zero" is an appropriate value for EAPH because outstanding propaganda and deception should be worth something. They are very good at that game after all 20 year's of experience is impressive. I am happy to see the SP made some recovery before closing thus providing an exit opportunity for those holding the bag.
