Not true. On May 1 after good news (see the third link below) NSPR exploded to the New high $0.82 (see the first chart below)! Obviously we need some great news like the fifth link below in order to trigger 3.1135-Bagger ($1.68 will be the target v.s. NSPR has $1.13 High Book Value and $1.26 High Cash Value) Huge Rally again...
