one way - we all know too well - to get F and F out of GOV hands and to get the GOV out of F and F -- is to wind them down and kill equity in the process

we need to parse what appear to be good words and what appear to be bad words --- carefully

for example - as I read and caught up - appears the Watt associate confirmed the intent/desire to not move the cash -- but viewed it more as a suspension than an end (cool enough) and set the amount not in time (3 quarters or until x date) but in amount of money that would be KEPT -- enough to stop a draw due to accounting or DTA write down or some such similar

that to me is the most comforting for NOW with regard to common
