Inet signup: I did it all online, including typing my personal info 5 times in the various boxes. I am now trying to log in with my assigned PW and user name. It's trying to DL a certificate but keeps giving me error messages. Tech support at Nasdaq no help, so far.
Important Inet book viewer sign up message. When you sign up they will send you a user ID and password. You will log on then change your PW. They will request you go to https://secure.nasdaq.com, DON'T BOTHER. They (and I mean 5 different techs) will try to have you download a certificate, again DON'T BOTHER. Instead, go to www.nasdaqtrader.com. On the right hand sign of the page you will see "choose a product", select "net order imbalance" and use username and PW you chose to get inet book viewer. I have just saved you 90 minutes of frustration and expect to be compensated accordingly. :) PS: I got eight of 'em open as we speak and you can log on from 2 different comps at the same time.
