Yes jinbo is rolling into dolv. Actually the opposite, it's odd how it sounds but here's my attempt. JB owns many companies, this whole EV thing we are involved in right now has been China and about 40 businesses merging and working together for this very moment. TEN YEARS. This was seen that jbzjmy already had ALL their prep work done back in 2013 with this plan and our stocks. (See their filing) so JB has been accuse of private companies this whole time alone with 2 other MAJOR holding companies worth billions. BuT stepping through the companies they made them hard to reach! Got it though!!(earlier last month)
So they made like 10 companies that are holdings but following back to the parent company, IS NOT JINBO, it OWNS jinbo and the other holdings.
Trying to say is China and USA went to great deals and long lengths to try to hide the upper echelon (and y'all think it's jinbo... pffft... GREAT start though)
So dolv is the FIRST company to be public merging with one of these owned companies. So we are now IN the corporate circle owned by them due to the merge. Boooom(only the first)
Tip, did no one notice the merge PR and saying we picked up other company stock? We don't do that for nothing people, I did my DD now time for you to go do yours. We will be merging big league again many and much after ticker change. 100$ stock in my opinion.
