Absolutely!! Very nervous. Philips represents and will apparently (if this was billed correctly) give us the first direct glimpse into the Trump admin's vision for the GSEs' future.

It's nothing less than a binary event when he talks on Monday, much like a court decision. But we usually don't know when court decisions will happen. We do know when Philips will speak.

Yes.Yes I am very worried he is going to let the (FNMA) cat out of the bag. Just because NWS could possibly end does not mean current shareholders are out of the woods. Restructuring could include new IPO and anyone paying attention knows that this has been discussed. Everyone knows what happens to existing shares if there is a IPO.

Not nervous about Craig Phillips at all. He found a vulnerability in the GSEs and took advantage of it for personal gains. He is the right person to fix it's vulnerability. I believe He has no stake in killing the GSEs like Corker. Remember he is there to fix the gse not destroy it.
