Why don't you just communicate the salient info since he went into such detail?
I also wouldn't qualify my remarks as 'attacks'. I'm just asking a question which admittedly shows my bias against dilution (even if it is very small) at this stage. Past experience with other investments has made me very weary of such deals including warrants. In many cases the capital provider even went short shares with the warrants as insurance (I don't expect this to be the case here).
