Any profit would be reinvested into R&D to prolong the go-it-alone strategy which has been in effect all the while King says "partner." It's the company mantra.

Partner accepts about 50% of the company so could pick up about 150M shares

LOTS of manufacturing pushed Avids way and a .50 dividend would bring our partner to break even (with upfront cash) in 10 years

Lots of scenarios and something could be worked out
