if shares got cancelled or otherwise voided, via a capital change, roche would be sued from multiple angles, would probably face SEC actions, and would face a public relations nightmare.

roche will save shareholders, and since he owns most of the OS, that's only logical.

by the way, yesterday we only traded 5% of the known 320M share OS. today only 1.5%. that's nothing.

hardly anyone is selling.

and since the AS is 650M and a new loan was issued to roche with an unknown conversion rate, in late april, 2017, just a few days ago, the actual OS may be higher than 320M now.

this means an even smaller % of the total OS has traded during the panic.

where's the fear of being "wiped out"? all i see is churning and buying.
