why would he cancel all shares after pushing the assets into his private holdings? that seems like it would open roche up to lots of lawsuits, and he would only be hurting himself and his family.
And the shareholder class action lawsuits pile up faster than I typed this post.
Roche knows that and as the guy is worth between $500-$1B does any logical person really think he would risk his reputation or his freedom by screwing RVUE shareholders over ~$500k.
The guy could write that $500k off against his ATV gain of tens of millions $$$$$ earlier this year if it was about the money.
