The debt is the 800 pound gorilla pulling the share price down------and no recent settlements.

The market is showing that this company could be gone, delisted, requiring a reverse split....and is on life support.

Where would Doug and Frank go to get this kind of compensation package? Doug and Frank truly want to keep MARA alive.

I would be patient and at least wait until Monday to get some answers or indications of the future., as Doug and Frank have reputations at stake.

Monday will be a 'tell'.

Yes, I have been holding out hope that an 8 figure settlement in GE or DA would materialize and right the ship. But the market action now is telling me that this is unlikely (at least near term). I have been a consistent buyer of shares over the years and have not bought a share down here (and I am guessing most long term holders are not as well). And that likely explains why there is no support. Sellers unloading with no buyers is never a good recipe.
