Maybe it is too early for me to understand this. How can a recommendation AGAINST using a compilation of notes on the spine be good for MFYS? Based on Lem's overview I thought that's what 'our' product does.

This is very good for medify.. IMO

Medify can provide,(like they are doing in Italy)a virtual spine to link at all levels.
