i think you're 100% correct. the conversion of a note, and the possible loading of cheap shares as that happens (for a buyback or other purposes), plus the litigation to further tighten the OS, may explain why we're seeing this unfold at a slower pace than some ihubbers would like. but ultimately, those who buy the dips will be glad our new management took the time to do this right.
