It is low on purpose. People wanted a conservative estimate. This is a really conservative estimate based only on statistics and facts that we are aware of.
I would consider this to me the absolute minimum. :)

Stock cannot break $0.04 but $0.24 is too low?

Even if they were to START production, I wonder who is going to finance that. After all, they currently stand at $17,000 in equipment value on the books. How many $ millions will be needed for facilities to ramp up production? And will Mr. Billionaire pay that upfront out of his own pockets or let you guys finance manufacturing and working capital needs? After all, it would not be the first company going public in order to RAISE capital. Anyway, seems like we all now agree that ZJMY not an established battery manufacturer, but a company seeking first-run commercialization.
