i was considering switching to a broker that didnt impose/interpret the rule as a three day wait, but it appears they are rapidly disappearing. one sure way to make one plan trades better is to cut them down to about 1.5 trades a week. is kind of frustrating though.

Why don't you just upgrade it to a margin account then play it like a cash account with daily settling?
