What??? If you're a shareholder it IS your business. And it's a VERY basic item that MUST be disclosed by any public company.

This isn't Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney: "Hey! My dad's got a barn! Let's put on a show!!"

From the corporate governance perspective, the BLDV show is Amateur Hour. Though even most amateurs could make a better effort.
