Correct. Only 41% or so of allowed claims of the higher classes have been satisfied in full. NOL or nothing IMO

TooGood, Thanks for your take on this.. Meanwhile, I have a question and would greatly appreciate your expert opinion on this:

I am sick and tired, as a lot of other CT holders here are, the way the Lehman trustee keeps finding the money but won't pay the CT holders but keeps on 'forwarding' our money to the higher creditor classes... I am sick and tired that this is delaying the end-game of giving the major portion of the NOLs to the CT holders where they belong.. At this rate, I feel I may put the NOLs to a much better use than Lehman...

As a major holder of CTs can I take the trustee to court to seek apportionment of the NOLs for my CTs ASAP? I am planning of starting a major PE firm/real estate company and since Lehman was owning/managing many real estate properties, Can I then 'merge' the NOLs that I may get for my CTs into my company? TIA for your esteemed advice.
