From the link it seems we need to be a private co. to merge with a public co. to complete the reverse merger. Are we not a public co. already? TIA~!

I could be wrong but I don't believe we can reverse merge without losing our rights to the MMP portfolio. If I remember correctly there is a clause that neither company can sell the rights to the patent portfolio. I believe that is why they are talking of JV's and acquisitions.
